Really nice bike. Well design. Easy to assemble other than the front brake needed a bit of tweaking. Overall, happy with this purchase. MOST important, my son is super happy with this bike.
I ordered this bike for Xmas. It was very easy to assemble. On xmas day I noticed the front wheel was bent which came out the box this way. Since I ordered the bike months ahead of time, I essentially missed the return window. I contacted the company and they provided me the necessary steps for them to review my issue. After review, there was a very favorable outcome. They were responsive and very appreciative of my patience. Customer Service at it's finest!
