Let me say, the bicycle is fine. It assembled easy and runs smoothly. I'm an older person, 60+, and needed the beach cruiser style for getting around the university campus where I work which is very large. The review I want to write is in support of the company that manufactures and sells the bikes here at Amazon. Mine arrived with a couple of small parts missing from the box. No big deal, the company immediately responded to my request. Unfortunately, the packaging had become compromised, and one part escaped from the shipment. I again contacted Tracer, who immediately responded with another part sent to me. As it turned out, that part didn't quite fit. So again, the third time now, I contacted Tracer who shipped the piece out to me. I've got my bike fully assembled now and just love it. But more importantly, this company stands behind its product. Do not hesitate to purchase from this company, you will not regret it or be disappointed. They will see you through until you are satisfied. Blair
I ordered this bike to start riding with my fiance, and we absolutely love them. They are great cruising bikes with bright coloration and a comfortable seat. Note, these are cruising bikes, not mountain bikes, and are not made for steep inclines.
