Order Processing
We only process orders during business days, which is Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders normally ship within 48 hours when placed Monday-Friday. (Please note that shipping for oversized and electronic bikes will take longer than standard shipping. Please call or email to confirm the estimated delivery time.) Please refer to the checkout page for the cost of shipping. During periods of higher demand, orders may take up to 5 additional business days to process before being shipped. We apologize in advance, but Tracer Bikes does not currently ship products internationally.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Note: Occasional delays in processing time or cancellation of orders may occur when an item purchased is on back order or is out of stock. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address information, holidays, and/or carrier complications.
COVID-19 Notice
Due to the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus, we’re working with a skeleton crew. Orders placed between now and Oct. 31st will take a minimum of three business days to process. We appreciate your patience while we navigate these uncharted waters.
Item Availability
You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to out-of-stock item(s).
In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, we will remove the out-of-stock item(s) from your order and ship the remaining item(s). You will not be charged for out-of-stock items ordered, and you will be informed via email notification.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California and out-of-state.
Verification & Shipping Information
When placing your order, please make sure to use your billing information (first name, last name, billing address) and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order will be put on hold, pending verification. When specifying the shipping address, be sure to check that the zip code, city, and state are correct. If this information does not match the delivery service’s records, we may have to contact you to update the information.

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at any time.
Note: Please double-check and make sure the Shipping Information and address is correct, deliverable, and complete (Suite, Apt, Room, etc.).
Customer Responsibility
Customer is responsible for additional shipping fees including but not limited to redelivery fee, storage fees, order cancellation fees, and rerouting fee.
