I had a issue at first with the instruction book, chapter on installing battery wasnt to clear, and could need updated. I didnt want to take a change on damaging the battery, so I contacted Tracers Bikes, explained my issue, they were ready to help out, and sent me a video. It was perfect had no problem, battery went in like clock work. Thank you!
I'm 65 and your NEVER to old to cruise.
I have been cruising around Clearwater,Fl Beach and let me tell you, I was getting honks with thumbs-up, all types of complements by passerby from the Beach area, and other Ebikers were shocked that it was an Ebike.
I have to say its the best investment and my first Ebike ever! I have been dressing it up with a few things, mirrors, turn signals, and canvas saddle bags.

Last time on Hollywood beach Broadwalk, a very busy area here in South Florida constant tourists, a man told me hes never seen a nicer bike in his life, and I agree. Every time I ride that bike people Im gonna take pictures of it and ask me if I custom made it.
I love my Raptor Pro DS in white! Had a little issue at first but customer service was great and corrected the problem. In my opinion its the Coolest bike out there!!
